The Water-Nexus platform is working together with DGD to strengthen and connect the different water related activities in the Global South that are supported by DGD. DGD aims to develop a new water strategy in the course of 2020. In preparation of this, the Water-Nexus platform will organize a short seminar, annex hands-on workshop “Towards a new water strategy for the Belgian Development Aid?” for which we join hands with Join for Water, formerly known as Protos.
Three main goals of the workshop:
The largest part of the workshop mode is foreseen for discussion to suggest priorities for a Belgian Water strategy. If you are working in one way or another for the Belgian development aid in the water sector, then this workshop will most likely be of interest to you.
There will be ample time for questions and discussion. The seminar will be held in English, but questions and discussion in Dutch or French are very welcome.
